Welcome to Accelerated Diagnostic Services
Accelerated has contracted with key insurers, and managed care organizations that specialize in worker's compensation and health care. Our sole interest is to schedule diagnostic services as quickly and professionally as possible to a customer base that relies on our efficiency in delivering quality images. Accelerated is a privately owned company, with no affiliations with providers, nor do we have any ownership in any diagnostic centers.
How We Operate
Our clients are insurance companies, claims administrators, or case managers. They seek priority scheduling, and quick turn around for their reporting.
Our process starts with a request for services. We schedule the service directly with you. Before the visit is to take place we will call the patient to confirm their attendance. After the visit, we will follow-up to confirm attendance. We expect to receive the report within 24 hours, so that the patient can proceed as quickly as possible with their specialist. As soon as the report is received by us, either by mail, E-mail, or fax, we will process our payment to you.
Our phone lines are open during regular working hours. We can be contacted through e-mail, fax or phone. We operate on our own proprietary software that seeks out the closest center with the kinds of services that we need.
Becoming an Accelerated Center
We will select centers on the basis of their location, service, and diagnostic quality.
We will assign one diagnostic center to a geographic area and direct everything to that center. For this reason we prefer full service centers. We are not trying to "get everyone we can". Our design is to have enough centers so that no patient will have to drive more than 20 minutes to a facility. With this balanced design we are better able to develop a good working relationship with your staff, as well as direct a greater volume of business to you.
